SAFETY GUIDELINES TO KEEP YOU AND OTHERS SAFE
At Life Church, we will abide by the guidelines of government officials to increase your (the participant and any minors in their custody) safety. As we continue with a phased gathering approach over this next season, things will look and feel different as new updates are made available by government officials.
While we cannot guarantee a complete germ-free environment, we are implementing various precautionary measures based on the national guidance that has been provided to the general public by government officials to help prevent transmission of Covid-19. You can read more about these steps on our website. If you are sick, have a fever, present any signs of cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have been in contact with anyone who has had COVID-19 in the past 14 days, PLEASE STAY HOME.
We care about the health and safety of everyone. During this season we encourage those who are in a high-risk group to continue joining us online. You can view our services online through our YouTube channel or Facebook pages.
While on campus, we strongly encourage you to maintain social distancing standards as set forth by our local government, in addition to using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as facial coverings, gloves, etc. We understand that the use of said PPE may not be applicable for those that have existing health conditions and need to display their mouth in order to communicate with those that are hearing impaired.
We will provide strict social distance seating in the back half of the room with moderate social distancing in the front half of the room. We have made facial coverings and hand sanitizing stations available in our main lobbies for all attendees to access.
During this season, childcare and the café will not be available. All children will join their families in the services.
By attending in-person services, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any physical injury or illness, and accept personal financial responsibility for any bodily or personal injury/illness sustained/transmitted during this activity for themselves and any minor children in their custody. Further, you promise to hold harmless Life Church, 6224 Old Pasco Road, Wesley Chapel FL or 18924 County Line Road, Spring Hill FL, and its representatives for any injury related to or illness transmitted during this activity. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arise, you agree to resolve the matter through a mutually acceptable arbitration process. By entering the facilities, I agree to the above statement and will adhere to the guidelines. I agree that I am not, nor is anyone in my household, sick with a fever or showing any signs of a cold, flu, or COVID-19 systems. I have not, nor has anyone in my household, been in contact with anyone who has had COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
